Machine description:
This machine is an integration of high-end cleaning machine,with energy-saving environmental protection, bulk cleaning, it can complete the cleaning, rinsing, drying function automatically .
Mainly used for aviation, aerospace, medical, new energy, automotive electronics and other industries high-end products, multi-species, small and medium-sized PCBA board cleaning ,it can effectively clean the SMT/THT PCBA after welding the surface of the residual rosin flux, water-soluble flux, no-clean flux / solder paste and other organic and inorganic pollutants.

- Standard cleaning chemicals can be added into machine manually or using dosing pump to add pure chemicals and DI water autmatically according to different ratio(5%-20%)
- Cleaning chemicals heat system, can heat to the suitable temperature, make cleaning efficient
- Cleaning all kinds of clux and solder paste
- Real time electrical conductivity monitor system to monitor cleaning result, can be set to 10-400us.
- High standard cleanness, ion contamination is fully consistent with IPC-610D I level standard
- Cleaning chemicals repeated use in the machine, it can reduce 50% chemical cost
- Built-in resin pipe out filtration system to effective filtrate all kinds of impurity substance likke COD, BOD, PH…etc
